My career has always been about one thing: making life easier for the people I support. I began at a Magic Circle law firm, running their prestigious client seminar programme, where I discovered a real passion for planning and organisation, and a deep satisfaction in getting every detail exactly right.
From there I became a personal assistant at Lloyd's of London, the historic global insurance marketplace, before spending nearly a decade as executive assistant to an investment director at a global asset management firm. It was fast-paced, high-stakes work that called for a calm, composed and utterly dependable approach.
My executive knew he could trust me to get things done, often before he had even asked.
Why I started Virtual PALM
After some time away with my family, I reached a point where I felt ready to pour my energy into something of my own. Virtual PALM (Personal Assistant and Lifestyle Management) is the result: a business built on everything I love doing best, now offered to clients who need exactly the kind of seamless, thoughtful support I have spent my career perfecting.
Today I work with busy professionals, business owners and households across London, Surrey and the surrounding counties.
