Common FAQs
A virtual assistant takes care of the tasks that eat into your time, from diary and inbox management to travel, research, household coordination and more. I work remotely, slotting into your life or business to handle the things you would rather not, or simply do not have time to do.
By taking ongoing admin and life-admin off your plate, I free you to focus on your priorities, whether that is growing your business or spending more time with family. Most clients are surprised how much lighter things feel once the small tasks are handled.
You can book me by the hour at £35, or choose a monthly package from 10 to 40 hours. Retainers are paid in advance and ad hoc work in arrears. I track my time so you only pay for what you use, and there are no employment overheads like National Insurance or holiday pay.
It begins with a friendly discovery call to understand what you need. If it feels like a good fit, I follow up with a consultation to agree scope, then a clear proposal and contract before we begin.
Absolutely. Discretion is at the heart of what I do. I am ICO registered, fully insured, and your data is always handled securely and with care.
I am based in Haslemere, Surrey, and work remotely with clients across the UK and internationally. For in-person support I can travel across Surrey, Hampshire, West Sussex and London.
